- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Manners are a huge part of customer service. “Please”, “thankyou”, “sorry to keep you waiting”, “how can I help?”. Some great pharamcy assistants are no longer there and bar a couple that go out if their way to smile and be considerate , surliness and apathy by others is just not on. Even their response to feedback is apathetic. The pharamacists though, are generally on point. People pay big bucks for their medications, they deserve a smile and a happy attitude, not to feel like they are taking up your precious time.TheCannulatorDecember 09, 2017
